How we transformed FTD’s website into an intuitive, SEO-optimized platform reflecting educational innovation and excellence

Challenge

Despite its long history and prominent presence in Brazil’s educational landscape, FTD felt the need to align its digital presence with the ongoing evolution of its solution portfolio.

The website, one of the main touchpoints with its target audience, wasn’t accurately reflecting the company’s breadth and innovation. There was a need for a more interactive and representative platform that could clearly communicate with educators, students, and institutions.

Additionally, trends in the digital market pointed to the importance of advanced SEO practices to ensure FTD maintained its relevance in organic searches and continued to be an accessible reference for those seeking excellence in educational materials and solutions.

Solution

Sioux’s approach to FTD’s complex challenge was holistic and strategic. We began with an in-depth immersion to understand FTD’s DNA, audience, and portfolio nuances. This led us to a careful analysis and review of existing content, identifying gaps and optimization opportunities.

Through a robust SEO audit, we identified search terms that were already generating organic traffic, as well as new opportunities by understanding search trends and user behavior in the educational segment. This work was fundamental to ensure that the new site could attract, retain, and engage visitors.

The design was crafted to be as aesthetically pleasing as it was functional. User experience (UX) was at the center of all decisions, resulting in a modern, fluid, and, above all, intuitive interface (UI). We wanted each visitor to quickly find what they were looking for and be encouraged to explore more about FTD and its solutions.

And, of course, all this planning would have been in vain without flawless technical execution. The technical architecture was designed to be agile and stable, ensuring optimal site performance. During development, the best programming practices were applied, resulting in a site that’s not only visually appealing but also efficient and secure.
