The platform needed a more accessible language and had to turn the apartment search into a personalized and fun experience, connecting people to their ideal homes.

We created Apê Perfeito, a website with an interactive quiz to find the ideal apartment.

On apeperfeito.com.br, users take a quiz to determine their profile and find the Tegra development that best fits their lifestyle. The site connects two distinct journeys: one for consumers looking for a home and another for investors buying for rental or resale.

Each journey focuses on different questions and criteria — more direct and objective for investors, more personalized and comprehensive for consumers. The project was built around A/B testing to ensure the best path for each profile.

Adjustments were made in real time with the data collected, creating an optimized path for different audiences and delivering valuable insights not only for UX, but also for the media campaign and the client's Data team.
