Vitacon was born to offer smart apartments, studios, and up to 3-bedroom units in São Paulo's most sought-after addresses.

It is a real estate company that, unlike the obvious competitors, focuses on the investor and provides full support throughout the buying, design, and even profitability process. For Vitacon, there are no more buyers or tenants. They are all investors. They invest in properties, neighborhoods, and better, healthier cities. In ideas, philosophies, in a new lifestyle.

With such a specific and demanding audience as investors, Vitacon needed a website that went beyond the conventional.

The goal was to create a platform that optimized the user experience with innovative filters, smooth navigation, and that highlighted the company's projects, all with an intuitive and easy-to-manage CMS.

Our UI and UX teams dove deep into the project, seeking to understand the duality of Vitacon's user journey: those looking for a home and those who see investment opportunities.

With that in mind, we developed a website that addressed both needs, making navigation smooth and informative for all visitors. Additionally, we ensured the back-end was user-friendly for employees, facilitating continuous updates and management.
